What does Pure D3 Boost?
Pure D3 Boost is a focused vitamin D3 supplement with one active ingredient: 25-OH vitamin D3. It supports bone health, immunity and growth in pigs and poultry without adding other vitamins.
Ideal when:
- Vitamin A and E already covered through the ration or other supplements
- A formulator or premix producer specifically wants to dose D3 without interacting with other vitamins
- Targeted supplementation for bone problems or D3 deficiency is desired
How does it work?
Pure D3 Boost contains only 25-OH vitamin D3 (25-hydroxycholecalciferol) – the already activated form of vitamin D3.
Regular vitamin D3 must first be converted to 25-OH-D3 in the liver before the body can use it. Pure D3 Boost skips that step – so its bioavailability is up to three times higher than standard vitamin D3.
Bone Health: 25-OH-D3 regulates intestinal calcium absorption and calcium deposition in bones – essential for skeletal development and prevention of bone fractures.
Immunity: vitamin D3 modulates the immune response and helps animals resist infections.
