What does Acibet® G?
Acibet® G is a ration enhancer specially developed for dairy cattle. It increases absorption and utilization of the ration through three active components:
- More milk and higher contents: betaine stimulates rumen fermentation and microbial protein synthesis, resulting in more milk or higher milk fat and protein contents
- Energy balance: glycerol and rumen energy shorten negative energy balance after calving
- Ketosis prevention: effective prevention of ketosis (lingering milk disease) in the transition period
- Efficiency: up to 25% less concentrate consumption per 100 kg of milk production – proven in trial
How does it work?
Acibet® G works through a synergy of three components:
Natural betaine stimulates rumen fermentation and microbial protein synthesis in the rumen. As a methyl donor, it supports liver function and accelerates recovery of energy balance after calving.
Glycerol and rumen energy provide directly absorbable energy to the rumen, shortening the negative energy balance and addressing ketosis preventively.
Organic acids prevent scalding in the ration and support a stable rumen environment.
Trial result: with the addition of 300 g of Acibet® G per cow per day, a reduction of 5.4 kg of concentrates per 100 kg of milk was measured compared to the control group.
