What does Florasil?
Florasil is the premium anti-stress protector in the Jodoco plant range. It strengthens the plant structurally and functionally through three active component groups:
- Cell wall reinforcement: silicon supports stronger stems and better structural integrity of the plant
- Immune stimulation: stimulates the production of disease-fighting enzymes and phenols as internal defenses
- Photosynthesis: optimizes nutrient uptake and improves the use of sunlight
- Stress protection: increases resistance to biotic stressors by forming a mechanical barrier on the leaves
- Hydration: organic osmolites support moisture balance at the cellular level
How does it work?
Florasil works through three complementary components:
Silicon is incorporated into cell walls and forms a mechanical barrier that makes it harder for pathogens and insects to pass through. It strengthens stems, improves drought tolerance and reduces heat transpiration. Silicon is most effective when administered early in the growth cycle so that it is built into the growth processes before flowering.
Micronutrients provide the plant with essential elements that promote health and resistance – for healthy metabolism and optimal enzyme activity.
Organic osmolites support water balance at the cellular level, protect cell membranes under osmotic stress and improve vitality under drought, heat, cold and salt stress.
Optimal timing: start early in the growth cycle when plants are developing new stems and leaves. This ensures that silicon is incorporated into the growth processes and a strong foundation is laid before flowering.

Application & dosage
When to administer: early growth stage (for maximum structural build-up) and/or at abiotic stress events (drought, heat, cold, salt stress). Repeat every 3-4 weeks.
