About the Job Opening
As a Multi-Skilled Production/Warehouse Operator, you’ll help ensure smooth production and the flow of goods—from incoming raw materials to products ready for shipment.
You’ll work alternately on the production floor and in the warehouse, interacting with colleagues from production, logistics, and quality control.
Specifically, you will:
- Loading, unloading, and inspecting raw materials and goods.
- Filling, packaging, and labeling products.
- Perform simple quality checks.
- Prepare orders and documents for shipment.
- Moving and Storing Goods with a Forklift.
- Ensuring a safe and orderly warehouse.
In short: A varied job that combines production, warehousing, logistics, and quality control.

You'll be a great fit for us if:
- You have experience as a production operator and/or warehouse worker
- You have a forklift operator's certificate and can operate a forklift safely
- you speak Dutch well and communicate easily with coworkers and drivers
- You work accurately, in an organized and hygienic manner, with a focus on quality and safety
- You’re a team player, solution-oriented, and happy to lend a hand
- You enjoy hands-on work, responsibility, and variety

About Jodoco
Jodoco NV is a growing Belgian company, founded in 1999 and based in Tienen. We develop and produce premixes, feed additives, and innovative feed solutions for the international animal feed industry.
At our own production facility, we primarily manufacture and package liquid products, supplemented by a number of powdered solutions. The ingredients we use include natural betaine, organic acids, sugar syrups, yeast and yeast derivatives, essential oils, and minerals.
Quality, safety, hygiene, and sustainable production are central to our daily operations. Our products are developed in our own laboratories and in collaboration with universities and external partners both in the Netherlands and abroad.
From our location in Tienen, we serve customers in Belgium, Europe, and around the world. Internally, we keep things personal: short lines of communication, direct collaboration, and a team where colleagues know and support one another.
