About the Job Opening
As a Production Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our machines and technical systems. You independently diagnose malfunctions, perform repairs, and help prevent production downtime as much as possible.
Your work will include pumps, piping systems, mixing systems, and filling lines, and you’ll have the freedom to propose and implement technical improvements on your own.
Specifically, you will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic malfunctions
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs
- Maintain pumps, piping systems, mixing systems, and filling lines
- Perform assembly, metal fabrication, and welding work
- Proposing and Implementing Technical Improvements
- Managing spare parts, maintenance records, and the technical workshop
In this role, you will ensure safety, quality, and hygiene, and work together with colleagues from production and quality to resolve technical issues quickly and sustainably.
This Is Who You Are
We are looking for a hands-on, independent technician who enjoys taking on responsibility and finds satisfaction in both solving and preventing technical problems.
- You have completed a technical program, preferably in TSO/BSO Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or Industrial Technology, or have equivalent experience through relevant work experience
- You have a solid practical understanding of mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics
- You can independently analyze technical issues and address them in a solution-oriented manner
- You work independently, set priorities, and take the initiative when problems arise or opportunities for improvement present themselves
- You work with precision and in an organized manner, paying close attention to safety, quality, and hygiene
- You speak Dutch well and communicate easily with colleagues
Experience as a maintenance technician, service technician, or technician in an industrial production environment is a major asset. Experience with welding and metalworking is also a plus.
You’ll feel right at home in a company with short lines of communication and a hands-on approach.

About Jodoco
Jodoco NV is a growing Belgian company, founded in 1999 and based in Tienen. We develop and produce premixes, feed additives, and innovative feed solutions for the international animal feed industry.
At our own production facility, we primarily manufacture and package liquid products, supplemented by a number of powdered solutions. The ingredients we use include natural betaine, organic acids, sugar syrups, yeast and yeast derivatives, essential oils, and minerals.
Quality, safety, hygiene, and sustainable production are central to our daily operations. Our products are developed in our own laboratories and in collaboration with universities and external partners both in the Netherlands and abroad.
